Yoga in Frisco in a setting that is tranquil and peaceful. Imagine Yoga at the Manor. We practice Yoga, Pilates, and Zumba at The Regal Manor on Preston during the week and on weekends. It is not located in a strip mall. This is a free-standing building facing Preston Road in Frisco between Main Street and El Dorado. Pictures does not do it justice. You’ll have to come to see it for yourself. For the latest happenings including modifications to the schedule, visit our Facebook page.
The studio offers various types of Yoga for beginners, intermediate, and pros. We will continue to announce more classes for Yoga, Pilates, and Zumba in Frisco. Example of the types of yoga offered are Hatha and Vinyasa. We also do Pilates and Zumba.
Hatha Yoga is a kind of Yoga focusing on physical and mental strength building exercises and postures. It is also recognized as a stress-reducing practice. It is perfect to learn the basics of Yoga, get reacquainted with Yoga, or simply to feel amazing. Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga, which interlinks breath with sequential movements and postures to form a continuous flow.
Pilates is a conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates’ system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.
